Product Performance:

Product features:
Insulation class H. The product contains 100% active ingredients and exhibits a low viscosity as low as 15 seconds at room temperature—remaining stable for up to 3 months without significant changes in viscosity. It offers excellent penetration, ensures high paint adhesion efficiency, and boasts superior thermal conductivity, effectively reducing motor temperature rise by approximately 10K. The cured material demonstrates a high heat distortion temperature, along with outstanding electrical and adhesive strength even under thermal conditions. Additionally, this is a zero-styrene, solvent-free, odorless, and completely safe formulation—truly an eco-friendly, emission-compliant, solvent-free insulation coating.
Scope of application:
High-speed motors, high-power motors, compressor motors, and vibration motors. Medium- and high-voltage large-scale explosion-proof motors, as well as generator stators and rotors. Winding impregnation for networks, transmission and distribution transformers, reactors, and more.
Curing process:
Both atmospheric pressure and vacuum impregnation methods—such as dip, flow, roll, or drip—are applicable. The curing temperature must be ≥145°C, and the curing time should be ≥120 minutes.
Shelf life:
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months.
