Storage:
Store in a well-ventilated, dry place. Recommended storage temperature:

Construction process:
Paint Mixing:
First, pour the original solution into the paint trough, and then you can proceed with dip coating.
Add up to 20% deionized water to adjust the viscosity to 10 seconds.

Viscometer No. [number] can be adjusted to the desired viscosity for construction using tap water at 25°C.
Continue using within the viscosity range;
Oil-soaked:
If the workpiece surface is contaminated, first degrease it—followed by water washing and drying—until you confirm that the surface is clean and free of oil or grease. Only then proceed with handling the workpiece.
Immerse in the paint bath for 1 minute, or until no bubbles emerge from the workpiece.
Hanging and Flowing (Drying)
Flowing at a 45-degree angle on the production line, suspended at room temperature
Dry thoroughly for 5–10 minutes under 60°C warm air before entering the drying tunnel;

Baking and curing
Heat up to 150°C and bake in the drying tunnel (oven) for 15 minutes.
