For 15–30°C, keep the packaging tightly closed and store away from any ignition sources;

Shelf life is 3 months at temperatures below 30°C; for storage beyond this period, please refer to

 Construction process: 
 
Paint Mixing: 
 
First, stir the original liquid thoroughly, then determine the ratio of paint to tap water. 
 
For a 1:1 ratio, the construction viscosity should be 12 ± 2 seconds (using a No. 4 viscometer). If the viscosity exceeds the upper limit of the construction range, dilute it with tap water. 
 
Degree within the construction viscosity range; 
 
Oil-soaked: 
 
If the workpiece surface is contaminated, first degrease it—followed by water washing and drying—until you confirm that the surface is clean and free of oil or grease. Only then proceed with handling the workpiece. 
 
Immerse in the paint bath for 3 minutes, or until no more bubbles emerge from the workpiece. 
 
Hanging and Flowing (Drying) 
 
At room temperature, a flowing droplet is suspended at a 45-degree angle on the production line. 
 
After drying for 10 minutes, proceed into the baking tunnel; 
 
Baking and curing 
 Heat up to 160°C and bake for 30 minutes inside the drying tunnel (oven). 
 
Clock. The exact baking time should be determined based on the size of the workpiece and the equipment conditions. 
 
As well as the requirements for the degree of coating film curing, which will be confirmed after testing. 
 
Determine the appropriate curing conditions.
