DRD9695-13502: Environmentally friendly, low-VOC impregnation-type insulating varnish composed of modified heat-resistant solvent-free polyester-imide resin, silicon-grade mica, accelerators, crosslinking agents, and more. The resulting coating film exhibits a tough yet resilient texture, with a heat resistance rating of ≥ Class 240. It is a single-component, versatile product. 
 Product Features 
 
Theoretical VOC is 0, environmentally friendly with low odor and no volatile emissions, non-flammable, and non-explosive. 
 
The product contains 100% active ingredients, exhibits low viscosity at room temperature, offers excellent penetration, and boasts high thermal conductivity, effectively reducing winding temperature rise. It demonstrates excellent compatibility with enameled wire, while the cured material features a high heat distortion temperature and superior heat resistance—resulting in enhanced electrical performance and strong bonding strength even under thermal conditions. 
 Product applications: 
 
High-speed motors, high-power motors, compressor motors, electric tools, automotive drive motors, and stator impregnation insulation. 
 
Servo motors, commercial aircraft motors, and marine motor stators undergo impregnation insulation, while single-component outer-rotor drip-injection insulation is applied. 
 
Immersing stator and rotor coils with insulation for medium-, high-, and extra-high-voltage large explosion-proof motors and generators. 
 
Automotive- and marine-grade winding impregnation for power transmission, substations, reactors, and more.
