 Product Features

 Product application: (copper, aluminum, and iron pipelines) 
 
Enamelled copper, aluminum, and iron tubes/wires, magnet wire, enamel-coated fabric, and more. 
 Storage: 
 
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Recommended storage temperature is 
 
5–30°C, keep packaging tightly closed and protect from UV exposure; 
 
Do not mix with products from different systems; 
 
The shelf life is 3 months at temperatures below 30°C; for storage beyond this period, inspection is required. 
 
Once approved, it can be used normally. 
 
 Construction process: 
 
Unwinding — Washing — Rinsing — Painting (with multiple coats) — Drying 
 
Baking and cooling (repeated multiple times) — rolling up 
 
Paint Mixing: 
 
Apply using the original paint, with a working viscosity of 20–30 seconds (using a No. 4 viscosity cup at the ambient construction temperature). (Note that the exact viscosity may vary depending on wire diameter and specific application requirements; a temperature-controlled paint supply system can be used to maintain consistent viscosity during construction.) 
 
Dipping in lacquer (outer diameter 1.7–2.0 mm) 
 
Immerse and bake 5–6 times, with a line speed of 8–10 meters per minute (double-sided film thickness ≥30 microns); 
 
Equipment compatibility: DADIYUAN-specific coating equipment, featuring felt and mold coating. 
 
Baking and curing 
 
Four-temperature-zone 7M furnace with an imported temperature of 250°C, evaporation at 330°C, and two curing stages—Curing 1 at 420°C and Curing 2 at 450°C. The line speed is 9 meters per minute, and the film thickness ranges approximately between 50–70 μm. (Note that the exact settings—including the number of baking cycles and duration—will depend on the tube diameter and specific application requirements, finalized after testing.)
