Construction process:
Paint Mixing Ratio: Insulating Paint to Tap Water – 1:30 to 1:80. Note: Always add water before adding the paint.
Dipping in varnish: Fully immersed for 1 minute
Dripping paint: Shake and let drip dry for 5 minutes
Curing: Allow to air dry at room temperature with ventilation for 3 days, or bake in a drying oven at 40°C for 1 day (while maintaining full-day ventilation and dehumidification).
