 Product Performance:

Storage: 
 
Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place. The recommended storage temperature is 15–35°C. Keep the packaging tightly sealed and store away from any ignition sources. 
 
Do not mix with products from different systems. 
 
The shelf life is 3 months at temperatures below 35℃. If stored beyond this period, the product remains safe for normal use after passing inspection. Before reusing after prolonged non-use, add an appropriate amount of pH adjuster to restore the product's pH level. 
 
 Construction process: 
 
Paint Mixing: Mix the paint with water at a ratio of 1:1. The application viscosity should be between 11 and 16 seconds (using a No. 4 viscometer). Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes; if the viscosity exceeds the upper limit of the recommended application range, dilute further with tap water. 
 
Preheating not required: The third-generation eco-friendly, odorless water-based insulation coating can be diluted directly with tap water and then used to fully immerse the stator—no preheating of the workpiece is necessary. 
 
Oil immersion: Immerse at atmospheric pressure for 2–5 minutes; 
 
Let it sit (air dry): Apply for 5–15 minutes. For assembly-line operations, simply follow the cycle time set by the immersion machine and proceed directly into the drying tunnel. 
 
Baking and Curing: Bake in a curing oven at 120°C for 1.5 hours to ensure complete drying. After cooling, the stator's electrical performance can be tested. (Note that the specific baking time should be determined through testing, taking into account factors such as the size of the component, available equipment conditions, and the desired level of varnish curing.)
