 Storage: 
 
The original solution should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. The recommended storage temperature is below 30°C, with a shelf life of 3 months. Ensure the packaging remains tightly sealed and keep it away from any sources of ignition. 
 
Do not mix with products from different systems; 
 Construction process: 
 
Paint Mixing: 
 
Paint : Water = 1 : 0.3–1, or adjust with water as needed based on the size of the transformer coil. The recommended application viscosity is 12 ± 1 seconds (using a No. 4 viscometer), followed by a 10-minute resting period. If the viscosity exceeds the upper limit for proper application, dilute further with water. 
 
Preheating: (Handheld vacuum impregnation does not require preheating) 
 
During the damp "Huinan Tian" weather, workpieces can be preheated at around 100°C for 10 minutes—or until they’re fully heated—before being cooled down to below 40°C before being immersed in the paint bath. 
 
Vacuum Dipping: Place the transformer into the tank, apply negative pressure to coat it with paint, and maintain this pressure (-0.07 to -0.1 MPa) for 5 minutes. Then, release the pressure to drain the excess paint. Next, reapply negative pressure, hold the pressure for another 5-minute dipping cycle, and finally, perform a reverse draw-down for 1–2 minutes (-0.07 to -0.1 MPa). 
 
Drain (air-dry) 
 
Drain for 10–30 minutes, or until no noticeable paint dripping remains, before transferring to the oven for baking. When using a tunnel oven, feed the items directly into the oven according to its cycle timing. (Note: Ensure all blowers and ventilation systems inside the oven are functioning properly during baking.) 
Bake in the oven at 125°C for 3–5 hours or longer. (The exact baking time should be determined through testing, taking into account the size of the workpiece, equipment conditions, and the desired level of paint curing, to identify the optimal curing conditions and baking duration.)
