 Product applications:

 Storage: 
 
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area; the recommended storage temperature is 15–40°C. Keep the packaging tightly sealed and store away from any ignition sources. 
 
Do not mix with products from different systems; 
 
The shelf life is 3 months when stored below 35℃. If stored beyond this period, the product can still be safely used after passing inspection and confirming that the liquid has achieved proper homogeneity. 
 Construction process: 
 
Paint Mixing: 
 
This coating is a working solution and can be used directly to immerse the stator without dilution. Its recommended application viscosity is 12–20 seconds (measured with a No. 4 viscometer), followed by a 10-minute resting period. If the viscosity exceeds the upper limit of the recommended range, simply adjust it using clean tap water (tap water must meet drinking standards). 
 
Preheating: (  Hand-applied varnish eliminates the need to preheat the stator.  ) 
 
The workpiece should be preheated at approximately 120°C for 10 minutes, or until fully heated. Once the stator has cooled down to 50–60°C, it can then be immersed in the paint bath. 
 
Paint liquid circulation: After continuous immersion of the preheated stator, the paint liquid must be circulated or cooled to prevent the oil tank's paint temperature from consistently exceeding 35°C. 
 
Immersive 
 
Immerse/soak at atmospheric pressure for 3–5 minutes, or until the stator is fully saturated, plump, and free of visible air bubbles. 
 
Drain (air-dry) 
 
When performing manual dip-coating or hanging-dip operations, allow 5–30 minutes for draining—or until no obvious paint dripping remains—before transferring the parts to the oven for baking. For vacuum impregnation or continuous immersion processes, follow the immersion machine's cycle precisely (typically 3–5 minutes per cycle). 
After being sent into the tunnel oven, it undergoes high-temperature drying.
 Baking and curing 
 
Heat and hold at 120°C in the baking oven for 2 hours or longer. (The specific baking time should be determined through testing, taking into account the size of the workpiece, equipment conditions, and the desired level of paint curing.)
