DRD960503-08012 Water-Based Insulating Coating: Purely Eco-Friendly (Self-Drying, Fast-Drying Type), High-Temperature Resistant, Low-VOC
 Typical Performance

Appearance: Milky liquid

Odor: Low odor

pH: 7–9

Viscosity: 10–25 s / 25°C

VOC: ≤10% (Compliance Standard: GB/T 1981.6-2014, Water-Soluble)

 Product features;

Safe, environmentally friendly, and non-flammable or explosive.

Excellent insulation properties, non-softening under thermal conditions, stable electrical resistance, and superior inter-turn reinforcement; moisture-resistant and rust-proof; featuring high bonding strength, ensuring tight fixation of both upper and lower windings without any wire loosening; the silicon steel sheet surfaces boast a bright, uniform coating; and capable of withstanding heat levels ranging from Class B to Class F.

 Product applications:

Immersive insulation of micro-motors and electronic transformer coils.

Various fractional-horsepower motors, including range hoods, air conditioners, fans, and universal motors.

Ceiling fan motor.

 Storage:

After mixing with water, it should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area. The recommended storage temperature for the bath solution is below 30°C, and the paint tank should be covered for protection.

Add fresh liquid at least once every 7 days, and mix thoroughly before use.

Storage is valid for up to 3 months at temperatures below 30°C. If stored beyond this period, the liquid can still be used normally as long as it passes inspection and remains uniformly mixed.
 Construction process:

Painting with varnish: All motors should be immersed in varnish with a viscosity of 10–20 seconds (using a No. 4 viscosity cup).

1. Motor impregnation insulation for ceiling fans: Use a water-to-motor ratio of 0.5x

2. Impregnation insulation for fan, blower, air conditioner, washing machine, range hood, and water pump motors: Use a 0% water-to-insulation ratio.

3. Compressor and automotive motor impregnation insulation: Water-to-insulation ratio of 0%.

4. Motorcycle hub motor: Water-to-motor ratio ranges from 0 to 1 times;

5. Motors with wire diameter less than 0.1 mm: Do not perform water-free vacuum impregnation.

The stator does not require preheating:

When preheating the stator and applying varnish, maintain the slot fluid temperature at 25°C or lower.

Immersion:
 Normal-pressure immersion: Immersion time: 10–15 minutes, or until the workpiece is fully saturated and free of bubbles.
 Vacuum VPI Dipping Coating: The vacuum impregnation time is specifically determined based on the motor wire diameter—typically ranging from 10 to 25 minutes, with finer wires requiring longer vacuum times.
 Continuous Immersion: Directly feed it into the baking oven or conveyor oven at an immersive machine rhythm (3–7 minutes per beat) for gentle, sustained heating.
 Baking and curing

1. Compressors, automobiles, and electric motors: Maintain at 100°C for 4–6 hours.

2. Motorcycle hub motor: Maintain at 100°C for 2 hours of baking.

3. Shunt-wound stators with specifications of 95 or lower: Bake at 85°C for 2 hours, or at 130°C for 1.5 hours.

4. Hang the fan motor and let it air-dry naturally for 8 days, or dry it in an oven at 85°C for 1 hour.

5. Smoke extractors, air conditioners, fan motors, and water pump motors: Insulate and bake at 105°C for more than 2 hours.

6. Miniature shell-equipped micro-motors with wire diameters less than 0.1mm: Heat up to 60–80°C, then maintain this temperature while evacuating the vacuum for 4–8 hours.
