 Product Features

Insulation class F-H

Good adhesion, strong adhesion to silicon steel

Excellent electrical insulation, rust-proof, waterproof, and moisture-resistant

Compliant with RoHS directive requirements
 Product applications:

This product is primarily used for protecting cuts in various metals and silicon steel sheets, offering excellent insulation properties, superior processability, thixotropic behavior that prevents sagging, high surface gloss, and outstanding adhesion.
 Storage:

A and B components should be stored separately in sealed containers, ensuring proper ventilation and dry conditions. The recommended storage temperature is 35°C, and they must be kept away from any ignition sources.

The shelf life is 6 months when stored below 35℃. If stored beyond this period, the product can still be safely used after passing inspection.
 Construction process:

Before use, ensure the surface of the ground and the workpiece is clean and dry, with ambient humidity not exceeding 80%. Verify that the surfaces are free from dust, water, oil stains, salts, and other contaminants to prevent any adverse effects on its curing performance and electrical insulation properties.

Weighing: Accurately weigh components A and B, then thoroughly mix them in a 100:25 (by weight) ratio. (Before weighing, stir component A evenly; shake component B well while it remains sealed.)

Mixing: Use a machine to thoroughly blend and evenly combine the two-component product, ensuring the material achieves a uniform color.

Construction method: Apply by brush or airless spraying within 20 minutes after mixing the paint. Repainting can be done after 3 hours.
When the coating thickness is 200 micrometers, surface drying takes less than 3 hours, while full curing occurs within 7 hours. In summer, higher temperatures accelerate the curing process, whereas in winter, lower temperatures slow it down.
Important notes:
After mixing A and B, it can be quickly applied during construction.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin during construction. Do not seal off the area during application and curing—ensure proper ventilation at all times.
