Safe and environmentally friendly—no risk of combustion or explosion; 
 
Free of any organic solvents, with zero VOC emissions. 
 
Thin application provides excellent adhesion and high gloss; boasts exceptional chemical resistance, along with superior water and moisture protection, as well as resistance to salt spray, acids, alkalis, and arc flash—plus, it dries relatively quickly. 
 
The coating film is glossy and has a heat resistance rating of F-H.

 Usage: 
 
Leather polishing, paper, and various flexible substrates such as PET, PP, PE, leather—as well as protective treatments for thinly coated rigid metal substrates, enhancing hardness and gloss. 
 
Protection for electromagnetic wires, enameled wires, and PCB boards 
 
Recommended applications: Water-based coatings, water-based inks 
 Storage: 
 
Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place. The recommended storage temperature is 15–35°C. Keep the packaging tightly sealed and store away from any ignition sources. 
 
Do not mix with products from different systems. 
 
The shelf life is 3 months when stored below 35℃. If stored beyond this period, the product can still be safely used after passing inspection and quality control. 
 Construction craftsmanship: 
 
The application viscosity is 11–18 seconds (using a No. 4 viscometer), but the exact value should be determined through testing, tailored to the desired film thickness and specific application requirements. 
 
Painting: 
 
Brush coating: Apply directly onto flexible substrates; a wool brush is recommended for application. 
 
Spraying: manual and automatic spray gun application; 
 
Dip Coating: Substrate dip coating with excellent flow and leveling properties, ensuring bubble-free baking. 
 
Let it sit (air dry): Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes until surface-dry; full drying takes about 24 hours. Packaging can proceed once the workpiece is completely dry and no longer sticky to the touch.
