DRD96013-2401 Three-Protective Coating: Self-Drying, Moisture-Cured, Zero VOC, High-Temperature Resistant up to 260°C — Direct Supply from Manufacturer for PCB Circuit Boards
Apply浸 or brush-on motor reconditioning insulation paint to flat metal, plastic, and glass surfaces for a moisture-proof, insulating, and protective topcoat.

96013-2401: The eco-friendly, benzene-free moisture-curing and self-drying three-in-one coating is formulated with modified nano-polyurethane monomers, a promoter, a curing agent, a fluorescent additive, esters, and more—supplied as a single-component paint.

 Product Features

Eco-friendly with low odor, free from benzene-based solvents, and featuring low VOC levels.

Product solids content: 25–40% (available upon customer request). At room temperature, it exhibits low viscosity and excellent compatibility with green oil. After curing, the resulting coating film demonstrates high electrical insulation strength, outstanding moisture and water resistance, superior yellowing resistance, rapid drying even in humid conditions, strong adhesion, and exceptional hardness. Additionally, it offers excellent heat resistance, capable of enduring temperatures up to ≥260°C.

 Product applications:

PCB circuit boards: three-proof insulation protection via spraying, brushing, and dipping.

Apply浸 or brush-on motor reconditioning insulation paint to plane metal, plastic, and glass surfaces for moisture-proof, insulating, and protective topcoating.

 Using the process
Paint mixing process: This product should be poured directly into a metal container for use. Use it all on the same day—it must not be poured back into the original bottle, as this could cause the paint to dry out or gel, rendering it unusable.

Curing process:

1.1 Natural Moisture-Absorbing Curing/Air-Drying Curing: Typically, the coating liquid is applied directly onto the PCB surface using spray/brush coating or dip-coating methods. After allowing the coating to level out on the surface for 1 minute, let it air-dry naturally for 6 hours (shorten this duration slightly in winter or humid conditions). Once done, proceed to the next process step. Full curing requires at least 1 day.

1.2 Double 85 (85°C + 85% humidity) Curing: When the film thickness is ≤60 microns, achieve initial dryness within 5–10 minutes under Double 85 conditions, followed by a 12-hour test period during which all performance criteria pass.

 Packaging

This product comes in a single-component package, sealed and packed in iron drums—either 1 kg per drum or in drums of custom specifications, as agreed.

 Storage

During storage and use of this product, do not pour the paint back into its original container or expose it to moisture or heat.
The product must be stored in a sealed iron container and has a shelf life of 3 months.
