DRD6832-10Z Flame-Retardant Insulating Coating: Eco-Friendly, Odor-Free, Non-Flammable and Non-Explosive
 Product Performance:

Appearance: Brownish-brown and transparent, compliant with national flame-retardant standards, free from mechanical impurities.

Odor: Odor-free (no smell during stator operation after curing).

Viscosity: 10–20 seconds (No. 4 viscosity cup, 23±1°C).

Flame-retardant: The insulating varnish is neither flammable nor explosive under normal temperature and ambient conditions.
 Product features:

Good insulation performance, stable and consistent resistance, and excellent moisture resistance.

Oil-resistant, arc-resistant, quick-drying, with a glossy and full-bodied paint film;

Heat resistance rating ranges from Class B to Class F;

Has passed RoHS environmental product testing and certification.
 Product applications:

Motor coils, stator, windings;

High- and low-frequency electronic transformers, ballasts;

Not suitable for use in enclosed motors.
 Important notes:

This product is non-flammable and non-explosive. When using it, ensure proper gas collection and controlled release, and maintain adequate ventilation in the usage area.

This product is a quick-drying formulation and should not be mixed with products from different systems.
 Storage:

The shelf life is 6 months at temperatures below 35℃. If stored beyond this period, the product can still be safely used after passing inspection.

Construction process:

 Paint Mixing:

The ratio of paint to thinner is 1:0–1, and the application viscosity should be maintained at 9–12 seconds (using a No. 4 viscosity cup). If the viscosity exceeds the upper limit of the recommended application range, adjust it back within the desired range using the specially formulated thinner.

 Oil-soaked:

Immerse the workpiece for about 1 minute, depending on its size, until no more bubbles emerge. When the surrounding environment and air remain consistently humid, preheat the workpiece at approximately 100°C for 10 minutes—or until it is thoroughly heated. Allow the workpiece to cool down to 50–60°C before immersing it in the oil bath. (This oil-immersion method helps enhance rust prevention and improves the penetration of the coating into the stator.)

Drying and Curing:

1. Baking and Curing: For assembly-line operations, items are directly fed into the baking oven without the need for drying. For non-line operations, allow the items to air-dry at room temperature for 15 minutes or longer before placing them in the oven for low-temperature baking at temperatures below 100°C for 1–2 hours.

2. Natural Gas (Wind) Drying for Curing: After the stator is coated with varnish, place it in a well-ventilated, dry area (ensuring good airflow within the frame) and allow it to air-dry for 72 hours. This will enable the varnish film to cure properly—performance may vary, so use this information as a general guideline only.
Coating film curing performance (for reference only):

| Heat resistance | 130°C for 7 hours | Doesn't crack, doesn't chalk. |
| Surface drying time | Room temperature | ≤30min |
| Breakdown strength | Under normal conditions | ≥18 kV/mm |
| Breakdown strength | After being submerged | ≥12 kV/mm |
